Zobrius Pharma AS, represented by the Managing Director, is the data controller responsible for processing personal data.
The policy contains information you are entitled to know when we collect information from our online store, as well as general information on how we process personal data.
You are not required to provide personal data to us; however, if you choose not to, we may not be able to provide our services to you, as we may not be able to deliver products, process payments via Klarna, or contact you regarding your order.
What Information We Collect and Why
Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer when you visit a website.
We do not use cookies to track which websites you visit after you have been on our website. We do not store information that can personally identify you.
It is voluntary for you as a visitor to our online store to provide personal data in connection with services, such as subscribing to newsletters or filling out and submitting forms.
If you visit this online store, we still collect anonymized information about your visit through the tool Google Analytics. We use Klarna as the provider for our checkout. Forms
When you contact us via a form on the online store, the information you enter is stored behind login in the online store and is accessible to the administrator, and the information may also be sent to us via email. Sensitive information should not be sent via the form, as the email with data may be sent unencrypted. We store the information in our systems for as long as it is needed to provide the services you request.

If you have submitted information via a form or ordered products from us, we will store the information as long as necessary to provide services to you. We wish to retain the data even after we have finished acting as your provider or handling your inquiry, to view the history and better assist you in the future.

You can also request that we delete all personal data we have about you. Please contact us if you would like us to do this.
