These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers (“you,” “customer”) from Zobrius Pharma AS (“we,” “us,” “Zobrius”) through www.zobrius.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms as legally binding for all purchases of food supplements and related products.
Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your physician or healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made securely through Klarna Checkout, Vipps, and accepted debit and credit cards processed by our payment partners. The total amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or product availability issues.
Orders are shipped with PostNord or an equivalent courier. Typical delivery time within Norway is 2–7 business days from order confirmation. Delivery delays may occur due to external circumstances beyond our control, including customs, logistics, or weather conditions. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. To exercise this right, contact us in writing at mm@zobrius.com before the withdrawal period expires. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, products with broken safety seals or opened packaging cannot be returned or refunded.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions. We recommend using tracked shipment for returns.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at mm@zobrius.com within a reasonable time after discovery. We will offer a replacement or refund according to the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). Please include your order number, description of the defect, and photographs if possible.
Zobrius Pharma AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased. Food supplements from Zobrius are not substitutes for a balanced diet or professional medical treatment.
All purchases and disputes are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be settled by the Drammen District Court (Drammen tingrett), Norway.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. By continuing to use our website and services, you accept the current version of these Terms.
